Our Story

Founded in 2014 by Tamika D. Holmes, Community Care Development Network (CCDN) emerged from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families in poverty. Starting with the Precious Pearls of Promise mentoring program for young girls, CCDN has expanded its reach to address critical needs such as food insecurity and financial instability.

Impact

CCDN serves approximately 2,600-3,000 families monthly in Jefferson County, providing essential services like food, shelter, clothing, and educational support. The organization has positively impacted thousands of households, fostering long-term community development.
