Our Story
In 1969, visionary community leaders recognized the urgent need for a nursing home in Stuart, Florida. They established the Community Care Center, which opened its doors in December 1970, initially serving 25 residents. Over the years, the center has expanded and renovated to meet the evolving needs of the community, including the addition of assisted living options and specialized care for Alzheimer's and Dementia. A dedicated volunteer board oversees the organization, ensuring exceptional care in a homelike environment.
