Community Capital New York

Our Story

Community Capital New York is a dedicated nonprofit organization serving the Hudson Valley and surrounding New York communities for over three decades. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), it focuses on creating economic opportunities for underserved individuals by funding affordable housing and providing flexible loans and technical assistance to small business entrepreneurs.

Our Impact

Over 34 years, Community Capital New York has invested more than $58.1 million in affordable housing and small business growth, resulting in over 8,200 jobs created or retained and 5,427 units of safe, affordable homes built, preserved, or enhanced.
