Community Capital Fund (CCF) is dedicated to uplifting under-resourced neighborhoods and businesses in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area through grants, technical assistance, and coaching.

Our Impact

Since 2015, the Neighborhoods Rising Fund has awarded 341 grants totaling $1.1 million, engaging nearly 113,000 participants in community-led revitalization projects.
