Founded in 1995 by dedicated business and civic leaders, the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO) was established to meet the local blood supply needs of Southwest Missouri, northwest Arkansas, and southeast Kansas. By ensuring high-quality blood collection and distribution, CBCO has transformed the way blood is provided to area hospitals, serving 38 facilities and supporting military blood supply efforts.
