MoGo

Our Story

Founded by two Black women lawyers, Community Advocates for Just and Moral Governance (MoGo) is dedicated to securing racial equality, social justice, and access to quality education. Every day, MoGo works tirelessly to eliminate barriers that prevent full inclusion in society due to racism and discrimination. The organization believes that effective governance is rooted in transparency, accountability, and responsibility to all constituents. With a community-centered approach, MoGo strives to ensure that government functions at its best by making it accessible to everyone.

Our Impact

As an impact litigation organization, MoGo provides essential free legal services and advocacy efforts, especially during the pandemic and protests against police violence. The organization is committed to enacting PrOTECT to safeguard the rights of all individuals within San Diego.
