Originally launched as Project Get Together, this organization has evolved into a leading anti-poverty community action agency. Under the visionary leadership of Steven Dow, CAP Tulsa has grown to support over 1,700 low-income families, focusing on high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive family support services.
