Community Action Program Committee, Inc. (CAPC) has been dedicated to serving the residents of Northwest Florida since April 1965. Originally starting as a small summer program for children, CAPC has evolved into a comprehensive anti-poverty agency that addresses the multifaceted challenges of poverty in the community.
