Communities in Schools of Kalamazoo is dedicated to surrounding students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. By providing essential resources and assistance, CIS ensures that students facing challenges have the support they need to thrive.

Impact

In the last year, 57% of CIS students improved their attendance, 97% of high school seniors graduated, and 83% of K–11 students were promoted. These statistics reflect the significant impact CIS has on student success in the Kalamazoo community.
