Our Story

Founded in 2005 as the Kentucky Fatherhood Initiative, the Commonwealth Center for Fathers & Families (CCFF) emerged from a collective vision of dedicated professionals and citizens. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for children through positive father involvement. In September 2021, CCFF was officially incorporated, receiving its 501(c)(3) designation in February 2022, with guidance from the Lexington Leadership Foundation.

Our Impact

CCFF is committed to improving the lives of families in Kentucky by ensuring fathers are actively engaged in their children's lives. This engagement leads to reduced child maltreatment, decreased substance misuse, and increased economic stability.
