Empowering Individuals Through Outdoor Adventures

Common Ground Outdoor Adventures (CGOA) was founded in 1993 as an innovative initiative to provide outdoor recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Partnering with Utah State University’s Outdoor Program and Bridgerland Audubon Society, CGOA has grown to serve over 3,600 people annually. The organization focuses on increasing accessibility to outdoor activities, offering adaptive equipment and support that enables individuals to explore the great outdoors.

Transforming Lives Through Nature

By participating in outdoor adventures, individuals with disabilities gain self-confidence and develop skills that enhance their quality of life. CGOA fosters a deep appreciation for the natural environment through engaging discussions and activities during all outdoor events.
