Recognizing the urgent need for healthcare in the devastated Gulf Coast region, they rallied healthcare workers to provide assistance. Initially set up in a mosque with the support of Masjid Bilal, the clinic began as a first aid station and has since evolved into a vital healthcare provider.
Since its inception, the clinic has facilitated over 60,000 patient visits, delivering essential healthcare services to the uninsured and underinsured in the greater New Orleans community.
