Over 20 years ago, Academy-Award winning artist Common and educator Dr. Mahalia Hines founded this nonprofit to inspire youth through mentorship.

Our efforts have enabled all students to graduate high school, with 96% pursuing post-secondary plans and collectively receiving over $1 million in scholarships.
