Our Story

Since 1990, Committed Alliance to Strays has been a beacon of hope for homeless cats in Jackson County, Oregon. Founded by three compassionate women who recognized the urgent need to address the stray cat population, C.A.T.S. has grown from humble beginnings in barns and garages to a dedicated facility, thanks to generous community support.

Our Impact

With over 14,000 cats rescued, C.A.T.S. facilitates approximately 375 adoptions each year, providing essential medical care and shelter for those awaiting their forever homes.
