Our Story

Founded in 2012 by Anne Meree Craig, The COMMIT Foundation was born from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by veterans transitioning to civilian life. Inspired by her husband’s struggles and the stories of countless service members, Anne Meree envisioned a supportive community where veterans could discover their unique value and purpose. Over the years, COMMIT has evolved to meet the changing needs of military personnel, focusing on identity, purpose, and community support.

With over 5,000 service members, veterans, and their families served through more than 17,000 services, COMMIT has established itself as a leader in military transition support. The foundation’s tailored coaching modules empower veterans to envision their post-service lives and connect them with resources to make those dreams a reality.
