Our Story
Founded in 1966, the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps emerged from a community's commitment to safety after a tragic loss. Initially relying on a hearse for emergencies, the organization has evolved into a vital service, operating five Advanced Life Support ambulances and six First Responder Trucks, available 24/7. With an average of 3,500 alarms responded to each year, the Corps is dedicated to serving multiple communities with compassion and professionalism.
