Founded in 1988, Columbus United Soccer Club emerged from the merger of two rival amateur teams, the Centurians and Spartans. As one of Ohio's oldest soccer clubs, it has a rich history of competitive play, featuring Men's Open, Men's Over 30, Women's Open, and Co-Ed teams. Under the leadership of dedicated managers, including Jeff Berman since the early 1990s, Columbus United has expanded its reach into youth soccer, nurturing talent and passion for the game.
Columbus United has achieved remarkable success, winning numerous league titles and championships, including the prestigious Columbus Premier League and SOASA Cups. The club's commitment to youth soccer development has created competitive teams for boys and girls aged 8 to 15, fostering a positive environment that emphasizes player growth and development.
