Our Story

Founded in 1986, the Columbus Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) emerged in response to the growing number of individuals facing homelessness in Central Ohio. This organization unites service providers, homeless individuals, and community members to advocate for those in need. CCH focuses on three key areas: advocacy, education, and empowerment, ensuring that the voices of the homeless are heard and their needs addressed.

CCH has significantly increased access to shelter during winter months and provides essential resources through the Streetcard, which aids various agencies in assisting the homeless population.
