Our Story

The Columbia County Historical Society was established in 1916, originally as a women's organization, and has since evolved to become a cornerstone of historical preservation in Columbia County, NY. Through community involvement and fundraising efforts, including support for the Red Cross during WWI, CCHS has made significant contributions to local heritage.
