Empowering Career Seekers in Metro Denver

Since its founding in 1982, Colorado Women's Employment and Education Incorporated (CWEE) has been dedicated to supporting career-seeking, low-income parents in the Metro Denver community. With over 40 years of experience, CWEE addresses significant barriers to long-term employment through innovative workforce development programs. This year, CWEE is set to serve more than 1,000 individuals, providing essential supports that extend beyond traditional models to include holistic assistance tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Making a Lasting Impact

In FY24, CWEE's employment training program has already served 1,079 low-income families, with 665 participants receiving job-readiness training and 170 job-seekers successfully gaining employment. This impact not only transforms individual lives but also strengthens the community as a whole.
