Our Story

Founded in 1964, the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy, and Research Organization (CLLARO) emerged from a groundbreaking partnership between Latino leaders and the United Fund. This historic collaboration aimed to address the pressing needs of the Latino community in areas such as education, job development, and health. Over the years, CLLARO has evolved to become a beacon of hope and empowerment for Latinos in Colorado, fostering collaboration across diverse communities.
