Our Story
Colegio Biblico was founded in 1945 by Harland Cary and his wife, Frances, who recognized a pressing need for education among Hispanic communities while preparing for missionary work in South America. Over the years, it has expanded its reach, operating on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. This unique position allows Colegio Biblico to provide essential training to students in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, who may not have the opportunity to study in the U.S. Today, it stands as a beacon of hope and education for Hispanic preachers, with 90% of Hispanic preachers in Christian churches of Christ in the U.S. being graduates of this institution.
