Our Story

Founded in 1967, Cobalt Foundation emerged as a response to Colorado's pioneering legal abortion laws. In 2020, it became a fully independent organization dedicated to safeguarding reproductive rights. Following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in 2022, Cobalt's mission to ensure access to abortion care in Colorado has never been more critical.

Impact

In 2023, Cobalt provided over $1.25 million in support, assisting more than 2,300 clients with their abortion procedures and related expenses.
