Coastal School Ministries, originally established as Horry C.A.R.E.S. in 2000, is dedicated to offering Released-Time Bible Education in public schools. This initiative allows students in Horry County, South Carolina, to engage in meaningful Bible instruction while fostering a supportive environment for spiritual growth.

With 135 hours of Bible instruction for high school students and 68 hours for middle school students each semester, CSM has seen remarkable engagement. Many students return year after year, showcasing the positive influence on their spiritual development and self-confidence.
