Our Story

For over 40 years, the Coalition On Temporary Shelter (COTS) has been dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of the Detroit community. Recognizing the cycle of generational poverty, COTS has shifted its focus to engage families in developing economic self-sufficiency and stable environments through the Passport to Self-Sufficiency™ framework.
