The Coalition of Texans with Disabilities (CTD) is the largest and oldest member-driven cross-disability organization in Texas. Dedicated to ensuring that persons with disabilities can work, live, learn, play, and participate fully in their chosen communities, CTD focuses on advocacy, public awareness, and professional consulting.

CTD operates the Capitol Care CDS program, allowing Medicaid STAR+PLUS and STAR Kids recipients to hire and manage their attendant services, significantly enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities across Texas.
