Founded in 1989 by three accomplished watercolorists, the Coachella Valley Watercolor Society fosters a vibrant community for watercolor painters in the Coachella Valley. With over 240 members, CVWS promotes education and appreciation for watercolor art, providing local artists with opportunities to exhibit their work.
Each year, CVWS donates funds and scholarships to youth organizations, raising money to supply art materials for children's programs. This initiative nurtures art education and appreciation among young people in the Coachella Valley.
