Continuing the legacy of Melvin Reese Burnside, Club Owners United is dedicated to giving back to the community by empowering the younger generation through education. This year, efforts are focused on assisting young adults as they transition from high school to college.
With over 5,300 guests attending the annual dinner/dance, nearly $300,000 has been raised for scholarships, computers, and special awards. This initiative has resulted in 68 graduates receiving laptops and over 168 scholarships awarded to deserving students.
