The Clay County Community Center was established in 1981 to meet the needs of homebound older adults in Clay County, Texas. With a mission to provide life-sustaining services, the organization has evolved to offer a variety of programs that enhance the quality of life for seniors aged 60 and over.
In 2019, the organization delivered 11,000 lunches through the Meals on Wheels program, assisting 4,000 seniors and families with onsite meals at the community center.
