The Classical Theatre Company was founded in 2006 by theatre professional John Johnston, who identified a unique opportunity for classical drama in Houston. Since its inaugural season in 2008-2009, CTC has produced numerous acclaimed productions and moved into its own facility in 2014, enhancing its ability to serve the community.
