Our Story

The Clark County SPCA was established in November 2016 to address critical gaps in animal welfare services in Clark County, Ohio. With no trained Humane Agent to investigate cases of animal abuse and neglect, the community faced significant challenges. The organization stepped in to provide educational programs on dog safety and responsible ownership, while also working tirelessly to find homes for homeless animals and reduce the number of unwanted pets through sterilization and adoption initiatives.
