About the CJ Macon Scholarship Foundation

The CJ Macon Scholarship Foundation was established in memory of Carrissa (CJ) Joy Macon, a vibrant young woman from Bronte, Texas, who tragically lost her life just before her high school graduation. In her honor, the foundation provides financial assistance to students in need, ensuring that education remains accessible to all. Since its inception, the foundation has supported 80 students from Bronte, Robert Lee, and Blackwell High Schools, helping them pursue their dreams of higher education.
