Founded in 1989, Civic Heart Community Services, formerly known as Change Happens! and Families Under Urban and Social Attack (FUUSA), has dedicated over three decades to uplifting vulnerable populations across Texas. With a robust portfolio of more than 25 programs, Civic Heart serves over 65,000 individuals annually, addressing critical issues such as homelessness, healthcare access, and youth justice reform.
