Founded in 2006 by Joe and Kelly Blankenship, City of Refuge Pulaski began as The Rock Youth Center to address the urgent need for youth programs. In 2019, the organization expanded its mission to support entire families, becoming an affiliate of City of Refuge Atlanta.
Last year, City of Refuge Pulaski distributed over 200,000 lbs. of food, tackling food insecurity and providing essential support to families in crisis.
