Founded in 1971, City of Plano Swimmers (COPS) has proudly served the North Texas swim community for over 50 years. Starting as a competitive youth swim team, COPS has evolved to welcome swimmers of all ages and skill levels. From children learning to swim to adults seeking fitness, COPS provides expert coaching to help everyone achieve their swimming goals.

Our Impact

Through dedicated programs, COPS is committed to preventing childhood drownings, promoting health and wellness, and developing competitive swimmers. The organization is actively working with the City of Plano to establish a new pool facility, which will enhance the reach and effectiveness of its programs.
