Our Story

The City of Oaks Foundation is dedicated to conservation and youth development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Established in 2010, this nonprofit organization collaborates closely with the City’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department to enhance outdoor activities for all, especially children.

Impact

Since its inception, the Foundation has preserved over a hundred acres of natural forests, fields, and streams. Through initiatives like the Give Play program, hundreds of children have enjoyed outdoor summer camps, fostering a love for nature and community engagement.
