Our Story

Founded in Kansas City, City of Fountains School is the first Waldorf-inspired institution in the area, born from a vision to create a unique educational environment based on Rudolf Steiner's teachings. Since its inception in 2012, the school has evolved from a small parent-toddler program into a thriving full-time institution, serving children from early childhood through eighth grade. The school emphasizes a developmentally-appropriate curriculum that beautifully integrates arts and academics, fostering a strong community with high enrollment and active family participation.
