Our Story

Founded in 2015, City of Bridges Community Land Trust emerged from a collaborative effort to create permanently affordable homes in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania. This initiative led to the establishment of the first Community Land Trust in Western Pennsylvania, expanding its reach to neighborhoods like Polish Hill, Millvale, Sharpsburg, and Etna.
