Our Story

Circle the City was founded by Sister Adele O’Sullivan, who transitioned from a pharmacist to a physician to address the healthcare needs of underserved populations. In 2012, she established Arizona’s first medical respite center for individuals experiencing homelessness. Today, Circle the City operates multiple healthcare facilities and programs, significantly impacting the lives of those in need.

Impact

Each year, Circle the City serves over 8,000 unique individuals, providing essential healthcare services. Remarkably, 77% of respite patients are discharged to stable living conditions, showcasing the effectiveness of the programs.
