Our Story
Cinnabar Theater, founded in 1972 by opera singer Marvin Klebe and his wife Jan, has been a beacon of artistic collaboration in the Bay Area. With nonprofit status achieved in 1974, the theater has expanded its offerings to include professional shows and youth training programs, all while embarking on the journey to build a new venue.
