Our Story
Co-op Cincy, originally known as the Cincinnati Union Cooperative Initiative, was founded in 2011 as a pioneering union co-op incubator. Inspired by the successful Mondragon cooperative model from Spain, this organization is dedicated to creating family-sustaining jobs and fostering an economy that works for all by promoting worker ownership.
