Our Story

Church Housing Corporation has a rich history of offering housing and supportive services to individuals with special needs, families, and seniors with modest means. Under the leadership of Kathryn Evans, MSW, since 1998, the organization has expanded its reach and continues to seek innovative ways to provide safe, affordable housing.

Impact

St. Peter's Place recently achieved an impressive 94B rating from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during their inspection in late 2023. This rating reflects the commitment to maintaining high standards for our residents. The success of our first annual Fundraiser, which raised $8,000, will directly benefit programs for those experiencing homelessness.
