Our Story

Church Housing Corp of Phoenixville has a rich history of offering housing and supportive services to individuals with special needs, families, and seniors. Under the leadership of Kathryn Evans, MSW, since 1998, CHC has expanded its mission to ensure safe and affordable housing for those in need.

Impact

St. Peter's Place recently achieved an impressive 94B rating from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) during their inspection in late 2023. This rating reflects the commitment to maintaining high standards for our residents. The success of our first annual fundraiser, which raised $8,000, directly supports our programs for individuals experiencing homelessness.
