Our Story

Church Housing Corp of Delaware County has a rich history of offering housing and supportive services to individuals, families, and seniors with modest means. Under the leadership of Kathryn Evans, MSW, since 1998, CHC has expanded its mission to ensure safe and affordable housing for those in need.

Impact

St. Peter's Place recently achieved an impressive 94B rating from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), reflecting our commitment to maintaining high standards. In late 2023, HUD's inspection of our Phoenixville, PA facility confirmed our dedication to excellence. The success of our first annual Fundraiser, which raised $8,000, directly supports our programs for individuals experiencing homelessness.
