Established in 2019, The Chrysalis Initiative is dedicated to counteracting breast cancer disparities and health inequities. By focusing on patient activation, provider education, and barrier intervention, the organization aims to reshape the knowledge and attitudes that impact health outcomes for Black women and other marginalized groups.
