Our Story

Founded in 1986 by Peter Cucchiara, the Christopher Columbus Scholarship Fund was established to honor the 500th anniversary of Columbus's discovery of America. This nonprofit organization aims to create a lasting memorial while providing scholarships to promising students in York County.
