Founded in 2012 by Linda Mumblo, Christina’s House addresses the urgent needs of homeless women and children in the Springfield area. Officially recognized as a 501(c)3 public charity in 2013, the organization opened its first home in late 2014 and has since expanded to multiple residences, providing essential transitional housing and educational programs.
Christina’s House has successfully assisted numerous families in transitioning from homelessness to stable living environments. With ongoing support even after program completion, families gain vital life skills and achieve self-sufficiency.
