Our Story
Christalis was founded to provide underprivileged and exploited children with basic necessities, love, and security. Inspired by her childhood experiences in India, co-founder Shalini David, along with her team, established the Christalis Home in 2005, creating a safe haven for children in Uganda.
Impact
In 2017, Christalis cared for 29 children in the Home and supported 277 through the Assistance Program. The organization has successfully resettled 10 children with their families and helped 12 pursue higher education, with 2 graduates holding Bachelor's Degrees.
