About ChildSafe

ChildSafe is Bexar County’s only Children’s Advocacy Center, dedicated to restoring dignity, hope, and trust to children traumatized by abuse and neglect. By coordinating the efforts of child protection staff, law enforcement, family advocates, medical experts, and mental health clinicians, ChildSafe supports children and adolescents affected by sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Impact

In the last year, ChildSafe served 5,733 individuals and trained 5,365 people, providing critical support and resources to children and families affected by abuse.
