Our Story

Founded in 1998 by Dr. Mitchell L. Mutter, the Children's Nutrition Program of Haiti emerged from a heartbreaking experience during a medical mission. Witnessing the preventable death of a malnourished child ignited a passion to address the dire health crisis in Haiti.

Impact

In 2022 alone, CNP conducted over 12,270 malnutrition screenings, partnering with local communities to develop sustainable, Haitian-led solutions to combat malnutrition.
